Refunds and Exchanges:
- You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- The product must be unused, with all tags attached, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged at physical store locations.
Conditions for Refund or Exchange:
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges for products that are physically damaged after 7 days from delivery.
- If you need a refund or exchange, our customer service team will reach out to discuss the details and terms.
- You may bring the item to our store for immediate processing, or request a pickup (a small fee may apply).
Refund Process:
- The returned product will be assessed at our Head Office.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days and will be issued through the original payment method.
Warranty and Repairs:
- If your product is under warranty and requires repair, we will arrange for collection and servicing.
- Our customer service team will provide you with the estimated time frame for the repaired product's return.
